Probability and Statistics - 1 credit

This course emphasizes how to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret statistical data. Topics include descriptive and inferential statistics; elementary probability theory; discrete and continuous probability distributions; random sampling and sampling distributions; point and interval estimation; hypothesis and significance testing; and linear regression and correlation. (Prerequisite: Algebra II)
