Page 14 of 15 Congratulations to the BHS Swim Team. They were in the Red River Swim Conference Meet and ranked 7th out of 19 schools, with only four swimmers participating. Kelly Flurry, Carly Loftin, Millicent Davis and Sara Beth Russell placed third in the Girls’ 200 Freestyle Relay. Sara Beth Russell also placed 3rd in the 100 Backstroke and 5th in the 200 Freestyle. Millicent Davis placed 12th in the 50 Freestyle and Carly Loftin placed 9th
in the 50 Freestyle and 11th in the 100 Breaststroke. The Swim Team is sponsored by teacher Mona Russell.
