Benton High’s ROTC unit has been very busy!  First, they have had visitors: MSgt. David Beach, SSgt. Curtis Downey, and SrA Melace Miller, representatives of the AF Reserve 917 Wing, visited the Benton High School AFJROTC cadets this past month.  These highly motivated representatives volunteered to speak to Benton cadets. Their overall discussion of the United States Air Force Reserve opportunities, especially the related Life Support and Readiness career fields within the Air Force Reserve structure, was very enlightening. Cadets found how Air Force personnel both active and reserve work together in peacetime and wartime environment protecting the nation’s valuable resources very interesting.
