Benton High students are participating in the Walk for Education by collecting donations for the fund.  A portion of the monies collected will be allocated back to the school.  The Alliance for Education, along with the Bossier and Caddo ParishSchool systems, conducts the Walk for Education to raise money for school improvements. The actual walk is held on Saturday, October 21.   Benton’s Student Council, sponsored by teacher Michelle France, is in charge of this event for Benton High.
