A Dance Clinic for all ages (K-12 grade) will be held October 16.  Grades K-6 will meet from 8:30 to 11:30 am and grades 7-12 from 10:00 to 3:00 pm.  Students will learn the latest Hip Hop moves straight out of New York City! To register, contact teacher Angel Stinson at Benton High School.

Benton’s Tiger Girls Dance Line won first place at the Bossier Federal Credit Union “So You Think You Can Dance” contest.  They competed against Captain Shreve and Byrd High Schools in the small group competition, completing three dances (Pom, Highkick and Jazz/Hip Hop). The winners were selected from overall scores on all three routines.

Dance Line members won a huge trophy and $300 for the Dance Line group.  The group is sponsored by teacher Angel Stinson.
