The booths offered work activities such as carpentry, horticulture, recycling, cooking, office work, laundry, housecleaning, and many others.  The Benton students participated in all the different booth activities, and were awarded Blue Ribbons for their achievements.  Volunteers worked at their booths all day, helping students succeed at their assigned tasks/activities.  Kris O’Daniel, Special Education Coordinator, along with planners Tre’Nea Rash and Ozzie Stewart visited with the Benton volunteers to provide advance direction. Benton teachers Karen Holladay, Frank Trammel and MSgt. Tim Martin accompanied the students and volunteers to the event.
