Airline scored a 24-3 victorty over Haughton and Parkway rolled past Huntington 20-7 in girls high school bowling matches last week.
Devin Vicks had a 191 score and Amy Thibodeaux turned in a 166 for Airline, while Taryn Shuttlesworth led Haughton with 187. In the closest boys match, Airline beat Parkway16 1/2 to 10 1/2 as Andrew Osten and Patrick Kinne led Airline with 213 and 209, respectively. Joe Denry and Matt Rounds had 224 and 201, respectively, for Parkway.
The Benton boys beat Huntington and the Haughton boys beat Bossier by identical 20-7 scores. Rex Harris led Benton with 182 and Mandie had 181. Tyler Butler led Haughton with 219, while Reid Hope rolled a 1998 for Bossier. |
