Benton Senior Heather Ashton has been promoted to Cadet/Colonel and assumes command of the Benton High School AFJROTC corps of cadets.  Senior Cornelius Blackmon has also been promoted to Cadet/Colonel and assumes the position of Vice Commander of the Benton High School AFJROTC corps of cadets.  Benton ROTC is sponsored/taught by Lt. Col. John Collier, MSgt. Tim Martin, and MSgt. David Milner.
