Luke Ellard was selected to the All State Symphonic Band, as 3^rd chair clarinet.  Luke is the only Benton High band student to be selected for this honor.  Ben Ellard, Christie Jones, Quita Pipkin, Leslie Waldrop and Luke Ellard were selected for the District 8 Honor Band.  Benton High is proud of these students and their accomplishments, especially Ted Beagley, Benton band director, who is just back this semester from serving in the National Guard in New Orleans this past year.
