Benton High’s Science fair was held in the library this week.  Over 80 entries were judged and winners were selected based on their scientific premise, originality, and presentation of results.  Winners included the following students:  Kaitlyn Alison (first place); Ryan Kavanaugh (second place); Heather Dauphin and Nicole Nezat (third place); Abby Ward (fourth place); Haley Henbest (fifth place); Kelly Flurry (sixth place); and Dillon Bruce and Cody Berry (honorable mention).  The event was sponsored by Benton Science Teachers Linda Starnes, Dan McClellan, Mona Russell, and Carol Wade.
