Benton High’s Baseball Players decided to collect donations for Hurricane Katrina evacuees last week, and they presented the donations to hurricane victims at the CenturyTel Center Thursday afternoon. “The boys decided to do this on their own,” said Benton Coach Greg Bryant.  Benton Baseball players include Brandon Horne, Andrew Brouillette, Daniel Barks, Jamie Gilley, Matt Pahal, Josh Jordan, Jonathan Lane, Tyler Davis, John Bourque, Taylor Meyers, Ethan Perot, Chase Bray, Ryan Smith, Logan Norris, Cody Bladel, Blake Vines, Jacob Harrel, Hollis Grisham, Alex Saunders, Taylor Whitaker, Philip Marsiglia, Reed Moore and Travis Thompson.  Nice going, team!
