ImageBHS debater Alex Parmater placed 2nd out of 21 varsity entrants at the Wake Forest University Debate Institute. The competition was held July 30-31 at the conclusion of the Wake Forest Summer Debate Workshop. Alex defeated St. Marks of Dallas in the semis before losing to The Westminster School of Atlanta, Georgia, in the finals.
