It is no surprise that Airline won the team title in the North Louisiana regional wrestling championships Saturday.
The Vikings own a perfect record against North Louisiana opponents this season.

The regional meet has been dominated by Airline and Parkway for at least the last 12 years, and probably much longer than that.

In the last 10 years, Parkway has six team titles and Airline has four titles.

Bossier Parish teams swept the top three positions in team point totals as Airline had 166.5 points, Benton 165 and Parkway 140. Huntington, the Shreveport city champion, was  fourth with 126.
