Benton ROTC Cadet/Colonel Tiffany Mitchell turned over command of Cadet Wing LA-951 to Cadet/Lt. Colonel Tasha Yates. Immediately following the ceremony, Cadet Tasha Yates was promoted to Cadet/Colonel.  Cadet Yates will command the Cadet Wing LA-951 through the Fall term of the 2005-2006 school year.
