He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He also received a Master of Business Administration in Engineering Management from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas.
Dwight is married to Cynthia Randall and they live in Garland, Texas. They have two children Dwight Vincent Harry, II (a junior at Morehouse College), and Camille Marie Harry (a junior at Garland High School). Dwight and Cynthia have been married twenty-four years.
He is employed by retailer Neiman Marcus, and owns D. V. Harry & Associates, LLC a professional services firm. Dwight is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He has been published and quoted in international technology industry magazines.
