Biotechnology I-Molecular Biology (Spring)

Biotechnology I: Molecular Biology - 1 credit

Students enrolled in this course will explore cell activities, concentrating upon structure of macromolecules and basic interactions of DNA, RNA, and proteins. Students will use molecular biology methods to isolate and study these macromolecules in the laboratory component. This course is taught spring term only. (Prerequisite: Biology, College, Survey of Biotechnology, Chemistry or ChemCom, all with a C or better)
