Remember over the summer: Every Monday and Tuesday night is soccer night at Pizza Hut in Benton. When you pay for your order present the coupon and 20% of the nights purchases will be donated to Benton Girls soccer team. Coupon located on School Loop.
The chicken day shirts are on sale for only $10.00. See Mrs. Turner in room A-21 to purchase. These shirts are the same ones we will be selling next year as well until they are sold out.
Students if you have charges in the school cafeteria please pay before noon TODAY. Also, students if you have any other unpaid school fees or unreturned school items, please make sure that you have this taken care of before you leave on Friday. Students who owe money and/or items will lose their access to SchoolLoop until resolved and we will hold your report card.
ANYONE who plans on playing soccer next year MUST come by and sign up with Coach George and receive a copy of the summer workouts before the last day of school.
Any Cross Country runners or students interested in running next season need to see Coach Trammel to fill out an information sheet and review summer runs. Summer Running – Grades 7-12 – Cypress State Park – starting Monday, June 10th – 8:00 AM. Full Schedule can be viewed on School Loop or go by Coach Trammel’s room for a copy.

Students/Parents: The Louisiana Department of Education has mandated that all cell phones be collected by test administrators during all high stakes state testing. Each teacher who is administering a high stakes test (GEE or EOC) has been instructed to collect cell phones, MP3 players, or any other technological device with imaging or text-messaging capabilities. These devices will be placed in zip-lock bags which will be pre-labeled with students’ names. They will then be placed in a container and locked in a filing cabinet or cabinet. Students will be asked to initial that they have turned in a device and that they have had the device returned to them. Devices will be returned at the conclusion of the testing period. Students will not receive any consequences for being in possession of these devices.
