It was brought to the committee of Benton Project Graduation 2015 there was confusion among the male students about the expectations of the Mr. Benton Debonair Event.  This event is NOT a male Pageant where the contestant would be judged on “Modeling” like one would see in a runway style show.  Structure of the event details in office.  Again, this is not a school sponsored event.

State law now requires that parents give or deny consent for our school to disclose Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to the LA Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA) for TOPS and other financial aid or to the state’s colleges and universities for admission.  We are no longer able to provide transcripts to LOSFA and colleges without parent permission.  A letter and an attached consent form went out to students on Thursday, November 4 in their first block.  I would like to stress the importance of this consent form being completed and turned in ASAP.  For more information please see Ms. Dunn.

TIGER PRIDE!
